Your model and contact details are used to handle your print enquiry.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, email address, uploaded model, quantity, material preference and any notes you provide.

How we use it

We use this information to review the model, answer your questions and prepare a quote. Reviewing an enquiry at your request is a step towards a possible service contract. We don’t publish your model or use your contact details for marketing.

Storage and access

Models are stored privately and downloads require authorised staff access. Contact details and models remain in the enquiry system until removed. A deletion also removes the model from active storage; backup copies may remain until the backup retention period ends.

Cookies

The site uses a session cookie to show your submission reference and a security cookie to protect forms. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask North Star 3D Print for access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry information. Once we contact you about your enquiry, you can reply with your request. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
